Expected Parents Conduct during production

  1. I will encourage my child to HAVE FUN and WORK HARD!!
  2. Please make sure your child wears comfortable clothing and shoes to rehearsals - NO FLIP FLOPS OR HEELIES ARE ALLOWED!
  3. Notify a member of the production staff if you child will be late or absent from rehearsal. It is important that you notify one of us before rehearsal begins.
  4. Help promote Actor's Community Theater's Wizard of OZ by:
    1. Encouraging family and friends to attend
    2. Selling tickets
    3. Distributing flyers
  5. Please remember that as we get closer to the opening of the show, rehearsals may run later then normal. Please be prepared. We will not keep actors any longer than necessary.
  6. Notify the production staff if your child has any special circumstances or needs that we should be aware of.
  7. I will volunteer to help with at least one activity (costumes, props, set construction, set painting, concessions, ticket sales, or backstage monitoring on show times).
  8. I understand that I will be responsible for providing my childs's shoes and makeup for their costume.
  9. Please turn off cell phone during rehearsals.
  10. Friends and visitors will not be allowed backstage during performances.
  11. The Director reserves the right, at any time, to close rehearsals to ALL visitors if it becomes too distracting for the actors.
  12. iPods, MP3 players, Gameboys and other electronics are NOT permitted at rehearsals or performances.
